Elfen Lied

The Diclonius, a mutated homo sapien that's supposedly selected by God and can gradually develop into the destruction of mankind, owns two horns in their heads, and has a"sixth sense" that gives it telekinetic abilities. Because of the dangerous power, they dispersed and have been recorded in labs by the government. Lucy, a Diclonius, manages to break free of her confines and brutally murder the majority just to get shot in the head as she gets her escape. She survives and manages to drift along to a shore, where two teenagers named Yuka and Kouta discovers her. Having lost her memories, she had been called after the only thing she can now say,"Nyuu," and the two allow her to stay at Kouta's dwelling. But it seems that the wicked"Lucy" isn't dead just yet...
