Saved by the Bell

Saved by the Bell is an American television sitcom that aired from 1989 to 1993 on NBC. The show was a retool of the Disney Channel series Good Morning. The show follows the exploits of a group of friends and their principal, and even though series chiefly showcases light-hearted comedic circumstances, it sometimes rolls on serious social issues, such as drug use, driving under the influence, homelessness, divorce, and death, and environmental problems. This made Saved by the Bell a precursor to indicates that introduce moral dilemmas and young audiences. Saved by the Bell stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Mario Lopez, Lark Voorhies, Dennis Haskins, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkley, and Dustin Diamond. Saved by the Bell was called one of those"20 Best School Shows of All Time" by AOL Television. The show's popularity spawned two spinoff series to follow along: Saved by the Bell: The College Years, also a primetime show that follows some of the initial characters to college, and Saved by the Bell: The New Class, a Saturday morning show that follows a new set of students at Bayside High School. The show also spawned a short lived comic book collection and two TV movies. Saved by the Bell also aired in Australia on Channel Seven, also by 1990 until 2004 on Nickelodeon.
