High school student Saya Toma (Erika Toda) lost her parents and younger brother in an airplane collision. Detective Akio Kondo (Yu Tokui) came and told her"the loved ones features a high probability that they were murdered by people who have spec." This was the very first time she heard of"spec". 6 years after determines to be a priest. After getting instruction by the FBI in the USA she returns. Saya Toma is delegated to work unsolved cases. Meanwhile, as a result of Satoshi Chii's (Yuu Shirota) scheme, Juichi Ninomae (Ryunosuke Kamiki) believes Saya Toma his parents' enemy and attempts to push her to the edge.
