Maria da Guerra is sentenced to prison for life, after murdering her. The wardress can be a malevolent lesbian without mercy or humanity. Upon her birth Maria is taken to a specific section for prisoners where rape and torture are a part of their reality. That the Regional Governor arrives, claiming to have received a correspondence describing events that are incredible in prison one day. The author of the letter was unaware the juvenile is also a portion of the conspiracy. Carlos Costa, a male nurse pretending to function as prison doctor Moore, falls deeply in love with Maria.
