Subsequent to the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine institutions faced change, for example an government and infrastructure. A number of the youth of the nation wound homeless and hooked to a cocktail of compacted cold alcohol and medicine. At the early 2000s a warrior from Mariupol named Gennadiy Mokhnenko used the struggle child homelessness by bringing them into his Pilgrim Republic rehab center -- the largest company of its kind from the former Soviet Union and abducting street kids. Gennadiy attempts and caked difficult love approach to his city's issues has made him a folk hero for several, and also a lawless vigilante into others. Despite criticism, Gennadiy is determined to carry on his job.
