Abacus: Small Enough to Jail

The extraordinary story of the Sung family, owners of Abacus Federal Savings in Chinatown, New York, who immigrated from China. Following the 2008 financial collapse, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr. charged Abacus with mortgage fraud, making it the only U.S. bank to face criminal prosecution.
